SIDE NOTE: If you wish to fill out an application, do not post it as a reply to this post. Make your own topic and fill out the application form in there. Also try and fill out the form as best as you can. Neat and clear answers are a lot easier to read. And try to use good grammar, it makes your answers sooo much easier to understand. Thank you! | |
