Owner demotion and a few changes.

Okay, so there have been some changes that have been happening to the server. These changes were made to keep the community in control, so don't overreact when I list the following.

"Presto" Has been demoted due to inactivity. He will now only have the rights of admin.
"cody" And "TheBleegel" have been demoted from their co owner positions to admins due to the sudden demotion of presto.

To apply for Administrative rights, you will FIRST have to meet this criteria:
You MUST be a mod
You MUST have been a mod for at least three weeks to a month
You MUST have had a clean record for the whole time playing on flawless
You MUST be active on the forums
You MUST follow all the rules
You MUST be respectful towards all
You MUST NOT give people donor items and items in general
You MUST NOT abuse your powers at any rank

The next thing is questions. This is to reduce the amount of stress the staff get from constant questions and complaints coming to them:
You WILL ask other players first
You WILL do what you an to find out on your own
You WILL NOT bother a staff member while they are busy for your question
You WILL NOT claim that you have done all of the above because I can tell if you're lying or not

There have been a few more things to keep the community under control, but you can PM me for more info on that. These are just the important things that have been applied. If you have complaints, PM me as well.

Tiara all those ranks and color changes was from me, Calvin had really nothing to do with it.

Yes, he was. but he was demoted for being inactive like I have already pointed out. Also, follow the 20 word 60 letter quota.
